About Violetta MisiorekVioletta Misiorek is a Polish-born, Melbourne-based artist, author, and data science leader whose work bridges the worlds of creativity and logic, intuition and analysis. Her art is a dialogue between intuition and intention, drawing from her background in Mathematics and Information Sciences to bring a subtle analytical curiosity into every composition. She is fascinated by the hidden connections that tie together diverse ideas—and this exploration often begins in the mind but resolves through the heart. Born into a creative lineage, painting became a natural progression—an expression of psychology, self-awareness, and emotional nuance. Violetta works primarily with oil, acrylic, and alcohol ink, drawing inspiration from both Australian bushland and European landscapes. Whether through paint or prose, Violetta’s work is a meditation on balance: between chaos and structure, instinct and thought, feeling and form. A lifelong learner and thinker, Violetta also brings over two decades of experience in data science and leadership. She is the author of "The Analyst’s Edge: Soft Skills Every Data Professional Needs in the Age of AI" — a book that explores the human side of analytics, focusing on emotional intelligence, communication, creativity, and strategic thinking. Through her writing and visual art, she invites others to embrace both sides of the brain — the rational and the imaginative — and to see complexity as something to be explored, not simplified.
